With the Silikomart Silicone Baking Mould Pistachio (6) 9.9x5.6cm + Cutter, you can make six elegant mini desserts in the shape of a pistachio nut. The mould gives your creations a distinctive look and really brings out the flavours and colours.

This baking mould is ideal for making pistachio desserts such as pistachio mousse with a raspberry or cherry filling, semifreddo with pistachio praline, or a no-bake dessert with white chocolate and pistachio cream. 

Using the included cutter, you can make bases from sponge, pistachio cake or a crispy base of feuilletine and chocolate. You can also use it to cut out fillings, inserts or layers of, for example, fruit jelly or soft cake.
