Andrea Valentinetti
Andrea Valentinetti's career began when he worked for Gino Pesce's Michelin-starred restaurant Acqua Passa. After working as a chef and pastry chef in various kitchens, he moved to Milan, where he joined the prestigious PECK pastry shop and began collaborating with another pastry chef. He has won many prizes and awards for his masterpieces.
