Silikomart Silicone Mould Montblanc (6) Ø74x42mm Montblanc, the traditional, classic French dessert, gets a new look with this mould from Silikomart. The montblanc, or white mountain, is a meringue with cream and sweet chestnuts. This mould, designed by MOF Patissier Jean-Jacques Borne, gives the dessert a whole new meaning. You can experiment with different ingredients to create a completely different taste sensation. The mould has six cavities, each with a capacity of 105 ml, which can be used to make individual portions or filled desserts.
