SK Professional Royal Icing Mix White 500g
With the Squires Kitchen ProfessionalRoyalIcing Mix White 500g, you can make a perfectly smooth and firm hardening icing. This mix is easy to use: just mix the powder with cooled, boiled water. After five minutes of mixing at low speed, you will have a light, silky icing that is easy to apply and hardens smoothly. Thanks to its stable structure, your decorations will stay in shape, from fine lines to detailed flowers. For a slightly softer bite, add a little glycerine if you want to cover a cake completely.

You can use the mix to cover biscuits, finish cakes or pipe decorations such as borders, flowers or decorative patterns. The white colour can be coloured with colouring gel if desired.
