Sosa Instangel Gelatine 500g
This cold-soluble gelatine is pre-mixed with maltodextrin for convenient, fast-acting performance. It begins to set in about 20 minutes and can be used directly in cold liquids.

Simply whisk it into cold or room-temperature liquids for immediate hydration. Need to substitute a gelatine leaf? About 6 g of Sosa Instangel Gelatine equals one standard leaf. With a bloom strength of 180, it delivers a soft, flexible gel that’s ideal for baked goods, pastries and confections. The 500 g resealable pouch keeps the powder fresh and easy to measure.
