Sosa Vegetable Gelatine 500 g
This vegetable gelatine from Sosa blends carrageenan and locust bean gum to form a clear, elastic gel.

To use, simply combine the ingredients at room temperature, then heat the mixture to at least 65°C. If the mixture isn’t heated enough, it will thicken but won’t set into a gel. The same occurs if you reduce the dosage.
Avoid freezing, as this can affect its texture.

Typical usage: 50–60 g per 1 L of liquid.

Ingredients: Maltodextrin, gelling agents (carrageenan [E407], locust bean gum [E410]), dextrose, stabiliser (potassium chloride [E508]), acidity regulator (trisodium citrate [E331III]). sucrose. May contain traces of soya, egg, peanuts, milk, nuts, sesame seeds, celery, mustard, sulphites.
