A speculaas mould is an old-fashioned mould for biscuits that was used by bakers in the past. Nowadays, this craft has been replaced by mechanisation and this part of the baker's craft has changed significantly. With this speculaas mould, you can still make beautiful speculaas figures yourself in the traditional way.
