This OUTBoss™ makes it easy to create beautiful 3D impressions on sugar paste, fondant, gum paste and chocolate. Use it to decorate cupcakes and cookies for weddings, romantic gestures or Valentine’s Day—the raised design looks as though each letter has been gently placed on the surface. An OUTBoss™ is the reverse of a standard Sweet Stamp element: instead of pressing shapes into the surface, it creates the appearance of raised numbers, letters and symbols without any edible glue. This versatile non-stick baking mat offers even heat distribution and effortless release for everything from delicate pastries to sturdy breads. Crafted for home bakers and professionals alike, it provides a durable, easy-to-clean surface that eliminates the need for excess flour or oil.
- Roll out fondant to about 3 mm thick.
- Position the Sweet Stamp Outboss “I Love You” on the rolled-out fondant and press down evenly using a PickUpPad or a rolling pin.
- Lift the Outboss™ away gently to reveal a crisp 3D impression.
- Leave the relief untouched for a classic look, or colour it with edible paint or food-safe ink pens.
- When you’re finished, rinse the Sweet Stamp Outboss I Love You thoroughly with warm water.
