An OUTBoss™ works in the opposite way to a standard Sweet Stamp element: instead of pressing designs into the surface of fondant, it creates the appearance that each letter, number, or symbol has been gently applied on top.
Instructions for use:
Roll out fondant to about 3 mm thick.
Position the Sweet Stamp Outboss “Merry Christmas” on the rolled surface and press down evenly using a PickUpPad or rolling pin.
Carefully lift the Outboss™ away, and you’ll see a clean, 3D impression.
Leave the raised design as is, or colour it with edible paint or food-safe ink pens. Voilà—an elegant “Merry Christmas” message on your treats.
When you’re finished, rinse the Outboss™ thoroughly with warm water.
