Sweet Stamp Outboss Made With Love


It makes it easy to create beautiful 3D prints on sugar paste, fondant, gum paste and modelling chocolate, among other things. It’s great fun to use this product to decorate biscuits and cupcakes that you’ve made yourself and want to give to someone as a gift. An OUTBoss™ is the reverse of a standard Sweet Stamp element: instead of pressing numbers, letters, and symbols into fondant, it creates the appearance that these shapes have been applied on top, yet without any edible glue. The Outboss™ is sized to fit standard medium biscuits and cupcakes, and you can add a PickUpPad (sold separately) for even easier handling. Instructions for use:
This versatile non-stick baking mat offers even heat distribution and effortless release for everything from delicate pastries to sturdy breads. Crafted for home and professional kitchens, it provides a durable, easy-to-clean surface that eliminates the need for excess flour or oil.

1. Roll out fondant to about 3 mm thick.
2. Position the Sweet Stamp Outboss Made With Love on the rolled-out fondant and press down evenly using a PickUpPad or a rolling pin.
3. Carefully lift the Outboss™ away from the fondant to reveal a crisp 3D impression.
4. Leave the design plain or colour it with edible paint or food-safe pens.
5. When you’re finished, rinse the Outboss™ thoroughly with warm water.
