This highly concentrated spirit from the well-known Amsterdam distiller A. van Wees delivers intense natural flavour and aroma. Add just 5–50 g per kilogram of batter, dough or filling, depending on the recipe. The alcohol burns off during baking or heating, leaving behind only intense flavour and aroma. Because it is distilled with a rectification column, the spirit is purer than most essential oils, capturing delicate notes while leaving heavier compounds behind.

Because of its intense concentration, only a few drops are needed, making it a cost-effective natural flavouring. Chocolatiers, pastry chefs and ice cream makers rely on Van Wees Esprits to add depth without adding unwanted moisture, and the quality remains intact even after freezing.
