With the Westmark Spatula 28cm, you can turn, serve and move all kinds of baked goods. The narrow, lightweight spatula slides easily under food, allowing you to lift it with control and, if necessary, turn it over without damaging it.

The spatula is ideal for pancakes, eggs, burgers, vegetables and fish, but is also handy for transferring biscuits, brownies, sheet cakes and other baked goods from the baking tray to a wire rack or serving dish. The slits in the blade ensure that excess fat or moisture drains away whilst serving.
