Whole Milk Powder 1 kg This versatile ingredient is ideal for baking, pastry and confectionery work. Use it in bakery products, add it to confectionery and chocolate ice cream, incorporate it into sauces and soups, or simply reconstitute it for fresh milk on demand. This whole milk powder is made from fresh cow’s milk that is first pasteurised and standardised, then thickened and finally dried using a gentle spray process.
You can also reconstitute it into fresh milk by combining 1 part powder with 10 parts water (about 100 g powder plus 1 L water yields slightly more than 1 L milk), though small lumps may appear.
