The BrandNewCake Flour Sifter 300g is a practical flour sifter (made from plastic and stainless steel) for aerating and evenly distributing flour, cacao or icing sugar. The sieve features a squeeze mechanism in the handle, allowing you to release the contents through the fine mesh in a controlled manner. In addition, the flour sieve has a maximum capacity of 300g and is marked with 125g and 250g measurements.

Use this flour sieve to sift flour when making cake, sponge or pancake batter, ensuring a lighter, lump-free result. This sieve is also ideal for dusting work surfaces whilst rolling out dough.

It is also perfect for evenly dusting icing sugar over waffles, pancakes, brownies or doughnuts, and for sifting cacao over desserts such as tiramisu.
