BrandNewCake Spray Gun for Cacao Butter This convenient 100 ml spray gun connects to your compressor, letting you apply coloured cocoa butter, chocolate and other fatty masses with ease. It is ideal for colouring bonbon and hollow moulds, and for adding a velour finish to chocolate and patisserie decorations.
Please note: this gun is not designed for airbrush colourings.
The spray gun is supplied without a compressor; we also offer a matching compressor and a spiral hose for added convenience. We also carry the matching spiral hose.
How to use the Brand New Cake Spray Gun for cacao butter
Preheat the gun to prevent the fat from solidifying.
Fill the cup with melted cocoa butter (approximately 29 °C) or tempered chocolate.
Spray the mixture
When you’re not spraying, keep the gun in a warm (about 40 °C) environment to prevent the mixture from setting.
For best results, maintain a working pressure of 2–3 bar.
