To use the steamer basket, place it over a pan or wok containing a small amount of boiling water, ensuring the water does not touch the bottom of the basket. Place the dough products on a sheet of baking paper to prevent them from sticking and close the basket with the lid. The rising steam cooks the dough evenly and ensures a soft, light texture.
