Mattisson Organic Tapioca Flour 350g is a gluten-free flour made from cassava root. It is often used as a thickening agent and is a good alternative to cornflour. You can use the flour to thicken sauces, soups, stews and fruit or cake fillings. It makes sauces and fillings thicker, smoother and slightly glossy.
