Molen de Hoop Organic Wholemeal Kamut® Khorasan Flour
1kgKamut®, also known as Khorasan wheat, is an ancient grain with a relatively high protein content and slightly lower gluten strength than ordinary wheat. This organic flour produces a nutritious and firm baked result. This makes it suitable for both sweet and savoury baked goods.

What is kamut flour?
Kamut flour is milled from KAMUT® khorasan wheat. This ancient grain variety is organically grown and has never been genetically modified. The grain naturally contains fibre, protein, minerals such as selenium and various vitamins

What can you bake with it?
This flour is suitable for baking bread, such as brioche and sourdough, as well as muffins and biscuits. It gives baked goods a slightly sweet, nutty flavour.
