Crafted from cast aluminium, the mould delivers crisp detail and consistent baking results. Its heat-reflective exterior promotes even browning to enhance the distinctive design, while ventilation holes let hot air circulate for uniform cooking.

Care and maintenance: 1. Before first use and after each subsequent use, hand-wash the mould with warm water.
2. Avoid dishwasher washing, as this can shorten the pan’s lifespan.
3. Before each use, coat the cavities with oil or melted butter, then dust with flour. This ensures your popovers release cleanly.
4. Feel free to experiment with different recipes and ingredients, but fill each cavity no more than three-quarters full to prevent overflowing.
Avoid metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners on the surface.
