    Patidess Flavouring Paste Mint 120g
    This convenient paste makes it easy to add a fresh, authentic mint flavour to your creations. It’s perfect for cake fillings and toppings such as buttercream, whipped cream and bavarois, and can also be stirred into batters for cupcakes, biscuits and muffins, or swirled into chocolate ganache.

    Ice cream enthusiasts can also incorporate it into homemade gelato, frozen yogurt, and other chilled desserts.


    Use approximately 35–70 g per kilogram of batter, cream, orice cream (about 3.5–7% of the total recipe weight).


    Ingredients    : Glucose syrup, mint extract, flavourings, stabilisers (E407, E466, E412).
