    Patidess Flavour Paste Cherry 120g
    Cherries are a classic flavouring. Their fresh, sweet taste pairs effortlessly with a wide range of ingredients, from sweet pancakes with vanilla ice cream to savoury game dishes.

    Cherries are also a popular choice in patisserie, appearing in classics such as cherry flan and cherry bonbons. It’s no surprise, then, that Patidess has included this beloved flavour in its range. Patidess Cherry Flavour Paste is a concentrated, natural flavouring: just 35–70 g per kilogram of batter, dough or filling is enough to deliver a delicious, subtle cherry note.


    Simply    add 35–70 g per kilogram of batter, cream, orfilling (about 3.5–7% of the total recipe) to achieve the perfect balance of cherry flavor.

    Glucose syrup, cherries, sugar, acid: citric acid, stabiliser: pectin, natural flavourings.
