Pidy Chewy Macarons Raspberry Ø3.5 cm, 180 pcs.
These ready-made shells have a natural raspberry flavour and measure 3.5 cm in diameter. Each package holds 180 shells—enough to assemble 90 full macarons. The smooth interiors are perfect for piping with cream or ganache. Experiment with different fillings to suit your menu, and use them to garnish cakes or other treats.

The reduced moisture content ensures a longer shelf life, and if the shells and filling are left to rest, the centers will soften as the moisture from the filling is absorbed.

Once filled, the macarons can be frozen if the filling is suitable; when thawed, the shells will soften slightly as they absorb moisture from the air.
