Pidy Chewy Macarons Vanilla Ø3.5cm 180 pcs.
These ready-to-fill shells are pre-baked and have a delicate vanilla flavour. Each shell measures 3.5 cm in diameter, and the box contains 180 shells—enough to assemble 90 full macarons. The shells are ideal for filling with cream or ganache in your choice of flavours. Once filled, refrigerate the macarons to keep the exterior crispy and the interior soft.

Because the moisture content has been reduced for longer shelf life, the centers will naturally soften over time as they absorb moisture from the filling.

You can also freeze the filled shells, provided your chosen filling is suitable for freezing. When thawed, the macarons may feel slightly softer as moisture from the air condenses on the cold shells.
