Simply pipe your chosen ganache, buttercream or cream between the shells, sandwich them together and enjoy. Each box contains 64 half shells—enough to assemble 32 generous macarons. The shells are delicately flavoured with pure vanilla.

The reduced moisture content ensures a longer shelf life, and if the filled macarons are left to rest, the centres will soften as they absorb moisture from the filling.
