    Brand New Cake Ganache Dark Chocolate 260g – Ready to Use
    This smooth dark chocolate ganache is ready to use as a dip, a topping for cupcakes, drip cakes or doughnuts, or as a filling for cakes and bonbons. It also works well as a shortbread topping, an ice-cream sundae garnish or flavouring, and in bavarois.

    This versatile baking sheet is designed to deliver even heat distribution and superior browning for everything from delicate pastries to hearty cookies. The heavy-gauge carbon steel construction resists warping, ensuring consistent results batch after batch. Its smooth, non-reactive surface makes release easy and cleanup quick, while the rolled edges provide a secure grip for professional handling. Suitable for home bakers and professionals alike, the sheet measures {dimension} and is oven-safe up to {temperature}.

    How to use

    1. Gently melt the ganache in the microwave or over a bain-marie.
    2. Once smooth, fold it into your chosen application.
    3. Once incorporated, refrigerate or freeze until set.


    For soft truffles, use Brand New Cake Ganache Hazelnut.
    Pour the mixture into a suitable mould and refrigerate until set.


    For a rich buttercream or soft bonbon/cake filling, combine
    150 g of room-temperature butter with one260 g tub of ganachein a food processor. Beat with the butterfly whisk for five minutes until light and airy, then stir in your chosen chocolate colouring .

    What’s the difference between Brand New Cake’s Fudge Dip and Ganache?
    The ganache offers a richer chocolate flavour and sets firmer, while the fudge is slightly sweeter, smoother and softer.
