    Brand New Cake Ganache Choco White 260g – Ready to Use
    This smooth, ready-to-use white chocolate ganache from Brand New Cake is incredibly versatile. Use it as a topping or dip for drip cakes, cupcakes, doughnuts, and shortbread, or pipe it as a creamy filling into cakes, bonbons, and bavarois. It also doubles as a flavouring and decorative finish for ice-cream sundaes.

    This versatile non-stick baking mat offers even heat distribution and effortless release for everything from delicate pastries to sturdy breads. Crafted for professional results at home or in the commercial kitchen, it provides a durable, easy-to-clean surface that eliminates the need for excess flour or oil.

    How to use

    1. Simply melt it in the microwave or over a bain-marie.
    2. Once smooth, fold it into your chosen application.
    3. Once incorporated, let the mixture set in the refrigerator or freezer until firm.


    For soft truffles, use Brand New Cake Ganache Hazelnut.
    Pour the mixture into a suitable mould and refrigerate until set.

    For a rich buttercream or soft bonbon/cake filling, combine150 g of room-temperature butter with one260 g tub of Ganache
    in a food processor. Beat with the whisk attachment for five minutes until light and airy, then stir in your chosen chocolate colouring .

    The ganache delivers a bolder chocolate flavour and sets firmer, while the fudge is slightly sweeter, smoother and softer.
