Recipe
For inspiration, try this simple recipe: combine 500 g of our coconut macaroon mix with 200 g (about 2 dl) of hot water (approximately 80°C), then shape and bake according to your preferred method.
This versatile baking sheet is crafted from heavy-duty carbon steel, a material prized by bakers for its exceptional heat conductivity and durability. Method
Step 1: Using a mixer on medium speed, beat the mixture for 4 minutes until evenly combined.
Next, let the batter rest for 1 hour to develop texture.
3. Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan oven 155°C).
4. Briefly remix the batter just before piping.
5. Pipe small swirls onto baking paper (40 x 25 cm) using a piping bag or large spoon.
6. Bake the swirls in the preheated oven for 20–30 minutes, or until they are lightly golden and firm to the touch.
