    Molen de Hoop Oud Zevenaarse Molenkoekmix 500 g
    This traditional mill recipe produces delicious, hearty, and robust biscuits. With Molen de Hoop Oud Zevenaarse Molenkoekmix, home and professional bakers can easily craft authentic, flavorful biscuits.

    Recipe
    Simply combine 500 g of mix with 115 g of margarine or butter and 1 egg.

    Method for one large biscuit
    1. Preheat your oven to 170°C (fan oven 155°C).
    2. Melt the butter or margarine.
    3. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, the mix, and the egg until thoroughly incorporated.
    4. Grease a 24 cm springform pan or line it with baking paper, then spread the batter evenly.
    Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
    Immediately after baking, remove the cake from the oven and cut it into neat cubes or wedges.

    Method for individual cakes
    1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan 165°C).
    2. Melt the butter or margarine.
    3. Combine the melted fat with the mix and the egg until fully incorporated.
    4. Portion the dough into approximately 50 g balls and arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spacing them 10–12 cm apart to allow for spread.
    Bake for 18–20 minutes until lightly golden.
