Product information

500 g
Simply blend the mix with sunflower oil and water, then bake in a standard muffin tin.

The package yields approximately 15–20 muffins.
Simply blend 500 g of mix with 185 g sunflower oil and 165 g water.

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan oven 160°C).
2. Combine the muffin mix, oil and water in a bowl. Mix on the lowest setting for five minutes until the batter is smooth.
Scoop about 55–60 g of batter into each muffin case.
4. Set the filled cases on a baking tray and bake for about 20 minutes until lightly golden.
