    Patidess Blueberry Flavour Paste 120g
    This convenient paste makes it easy to add authentic blueberry flavour to your creations. It’s perfect for cake fillings and toppings such as buttercream, whipped cream and bavarois. It also works in various batters (such as cupcakes, biscuits and muffins) and in chocolate ganache.

    It’s also wonderful in homemade ice cream and other frozen desserts.


    Use    approximately 35–70 g per kilogram of batter, cream, or filling (about 3.5–7% of the total recipe weight).

    Ingredients
    Glucose syrup, blueberries, sugar, acid: citric acid, stabiliser: pectin, natural flavourings.
