    Patidess Passion Fruit Flavouring Paste 120g
    Passion fruit delivers vibrant tropical notes, yet fresh fruit can be hard to source. Patidess Passion Fruit paste offers the authentic taste of ripe passion fruit in a convenient, seedless form. Use it to flavour cake fillings, buttercreams, ice cream, bavarois or even apple pie filling, giving this Dutch classic a surprising tropical twist.


    Use approximately 35–70 g per kilogram of batter, dough, or filling(about 3.5–7% of the total recipe weight).

    Ingredients
    Glucose syrup, sugar, passion fruit juice, acid: citric acid, stabiliser: pectin, natural flavourings, colour: E101i.
