    Patidess White Chocolate Flavour Paste 120g
    This convenient paste lets home bakers and professionals add rich white chocolate flavour to cakes, fillings and toppings in seconds. It also blends seamlessly into various batters (such as cupcakes, biscuits and muffins) and enriches chocolate ganache.

    Ice cream enthusiasts can also incorporate it into homemade gelato, frozen yogurt, and other chilled desserts.


    Simply add 35–70 g per kilogram (3.5–7% of the total mixture) to achieve the desired intensity.

    Ingredients
    White chocolate (25%) (sugar, cream powder (milk), cocoa butter, emulsifier: E322 (soya), sunflower oil, skimmed milk powder, vegetable fat (coconut), sugar, flavourings). Contains more than 8% cocoa solids.
