    Patidess Flavoured Paste Raspberry 120g
    Raspberries are one of the most versatile and delicious fruits for baking. Their naturally tart profile complements rich chocolates, butterscotch and caramel notes, and delicate pastries alike. While fresh raspberries are seasonal and expensive outside summer, Patidess Raspberry Flavoured Paste delivers consistent, authentic flavour year-round. Patidess Raspberry Flavour Paste is a popular alternative. Simply stir it into cake fillings, buttercreams or other preparations to deliver consistent, rich raspberry flavour.


    Simply    add 35–70 g per kilogram of batter, filling, oricing (about 3.5–7% of the total recipe weight) to achieve the perfect balance of flavor.

    Ingredients
    Glucose syrup, raspberries, sugar, acid (citric acid), colour (E162), vegetable extracts, stabiliser (pectin), natural flavourings.
