    Patidess Green Apple Flavouring Paste 120g
    This convenient paste lets home bakers and professionals add vibrant green apple flavour to cakes, fillings and decorations in seconds. It is perfect for buttercream, whipped cream, bavarois and other toppings. It also works in various batters (such as cupcakes, biscuits and muffins) and in chocolate ganache.

    Ice cream enthusiasts can also incorporate it into homemade gelato, sorbet, and other frozen treats.


    Use approximately 35–70 g per kilogram of batter, cream, or filling(about 3.5–7% of the total recipe weight).


    Ingredients: Glucose syrup, apple juice, sugar, citric acid (E330), natural flavouring, emulsifier (E440), colourings (E100, E103).
