    Patidess Pineapple Flavouring Paste 120g
    This convenient paste lets home bakers and professionals add bright, authentic pineapple flavour to cakes, fillings and decorations in seconds. It’s perfect for buttercream, whipped cream, bavarois and more. It also blends seamlessly into various batters (such as cupcakes, biscuits and muffins) and enriches chocolate ganache.

    Ice cream enthusiasts can also incorporate it into homemade gelato, frozen yogurt, and other chilled desserts.


    S    implyadd 35–70 g per kilogram of batter, cream, or filling(about 3.5–7% of the total recipe weight).

    Ingredients
    Glucose syrup, pineapple (40%), sugar, acid (citric acid), stabiliser (pectin), natural flavourings, colour (riboflavin).
