Want an effortless way to add a deep vanilla note to your cake fillings, buttercreams, parfaits or bavarois? Simply stir in a little Patidess Vanilla Flavouring Paste and enjoy rich, authentic vanilla flavour without the fuss of pods or measuring essences. Unlike artificial vanilla essence, Patidess contains real vanilla for authentic flavour.

Simply add 35–70 g per kilogram (3.5–7% of the total mixture) to achieve the desired intensity.

Glucose syrup, vanilla, sweetened condensed milk, modified starch, natural flavouring, caramelised sugar, acid (citric acid), salt.
